Hi everyone! I'm Nicole Gaitan Felton and over the past ten years of my life, I have been obsessed with my own health and the health of others. This passion for finding natural and alternative ways to heal my own body and those around me, has been the catalyst for me starting this blog. Sharing what I know about health and happiness brings me incredible joy and in the process I'm able to bring you cutting edge information on how to help prevent disease, reduce pain in the body and live longer more youthful lives.
As I age it seems I have new aches and pains almost daily. Instead of filling my body up with over-the-counter pain killers or pharmaceuticals, I have researched supplements, exercises and food that have been helpful in reducing these everyday pains.
